Model 2000 Model 1887 |
The unique Lehmann “X” bracing is designed to increase the notoriously weak upper partials and give the guitar unparalleled carrying power. These are loud guitars! The standard neck width at the nut is slightly wider, which is what most fingerstylists prefer. A clear pickguard is standard in order to give a more classical appearance to the instrument. A 24 ¾” string length is much easier to handle on technically challenging pieces, while being long enough for superior sustain. Each instrument I build is an individual. There will not be another like the one you order. Please consider how you would like to make this guitar YOUR OWN! I have lots of ideas for unique decorative features, or I’m glad to work with any ideas you may have. FLAT TOP MODEL 1887
BASE PRICE Six-string model $3,050. (You can also design your Lehmann or choose one of our in stock models)
Tired of those wimpy little puny sounding guitars that sound like a door harp? The Lehmann Travel Guitar is a full size instrument with a removable neck that you'll feel is worth bringing on vacation. It sets up in minutes, and fits in a suit case or in the overhead of an airplane. The strings are kept tangle free by a keeper bar that slides into the bridge. The neck slides off with a pull on the strap pin. No tools are necessary.
